That includes warm up,  1 hour of resistance training then cool down and stretching. The first meeting is devoted to assessing fitness level, body measurements, exercise and health history and goals. Be prepared to step on the scale, have your body fat tested and answer specific questions about your goals. After that, you'll spend each session doing cardio, weight training, flexibility or other activities depending on what your goals are. I will show you how to do the exercises, help you figure out how much weight to use and give you pointers for getting the most out of each exercise. The biggest challenge in achieving a fitness goal is forming a habit and sticking to it. After you have told JTFitness your goals and you both commence  moving towards those goals, you’ll feel like someone else wants this goal for you too. The goal grows into something bigger and more important. Dropping out a session is harder when you have a personal trainer enticing you to go forward.
